Click the Settings Tool (Gear Icon) in the upper right of Internet Explorer.

Select Safety > Delete Browsing History.
​Note: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl+Shift+Delete.

Uncheck Preserve Favorites Website Data and check both Temporary Internet File AND Cookies, then click Delete. A confirmation will appear at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared cache and cookies.
